Polish – Thai Wellness Health Promotion Foundation was founded by Andrew Matuszewski with the aim of promoting optimal health /wellness health/ and in particular a healthy lifestyle.
Our mission is to promote optimal health /wellness health/ and in particular a healthy lifestyle. Through our activities we want to reach as many people as possible to show that the lifestyle is really effective in preventing many diseases, gives energy, improves well-being and leads to a real extension of life in health and a sense of youth. We want to show that leading a healthy lifestyle does not require many sacrifices, strenuous exercise or large financial outlays. All you need is willingness, commitment and consistency in action.

Promoting a healthy lifestyle in Poland and Thailand by:
Creating a system of pro-health prevention education based on the idea of wellness, training promoters, counselors, instructors and coaches of healthy lifestyles based on a proprietary training program, creating field branches of the foundation throughout Poland and Thailand by trained trainers.
Creating a counseling system by: running the Optimal Health Clinic /Wellness Health Clinic/ – providing counseling, mentoring.
Organizing events and lectures to promote healthy lifestyles.
Implementing long-term educational and health projects and programs.
